Ricoh IM350 /F A4 black and white MFPs that provide copy, print, scan, and fax as standard. These devices feature a new naming convention, where IM stands for Intelligent MFP. This reflects our focus on delivering new customer value via RICOH Intelligent Support tools, RICOH Smart Integration (RSI) platform, and advanced controller features.

All the devices are capable of high resolution printing at 1,200 x 1,200 dpi, and have fast print speeds up to 37 ppm

OFFLINE STAPLER: These MFPs support an optional offline stapler to boost office productivity and convenience. The stapler can be used to fasten documents that are meant to open more like a book, with two parallel staples at the left hand margin, or a single staple at the traditional top left hand corner. It can staple up to 20 sheets and comes with a tray for used staples for easy disposal. The offline stapler is simple to set up and can be conveniently installed by the customer without technical assistance.

SMART OPERATION PANEL: Ricoh?s super-sized 10.1 inch Smart Operation Panel is host to a suite of intelligent workflow tools. Pre-installed Smart apps, such as ID Card Copy, automate time-consuming processes. More applications can be installed on demand. It is easy to print from and scan to smartphones and tablets, and critical documents can be scanned in colour directly to DropBox or Sharepoint.

SIMPLY MORE PRODUCTIVE: Despite their advanced functionality, Ricoh?s new all in one printers are surprisingly easy to setup and support. With their compact design and quiet operation, they are a perfect fit for every office. Ricoh’s installation wizard simplifies setup. To safeguard information, they support tap and go authentication and confidential documents can be securely locked, pending release. Clever energy saving features reduce power consumption and contribute to a low total cost of ownership.

USER-FRIENDLY AND AFFORDABLE SOLUTION: To save time, double sided originals are scanned in a single pass. The first immaculate 1200 dpi print is ready in under 6 seconds. Multipage documents are produced at speeds of 35 or 43 pages per minute and can be quickly collated using the offline stapler option. The optional high capacity paper trays further enhance productivity. It is easy to print onto envelopes and labels. And, with the printer switching from one tray to another, you need never run out of paper.
